Hi! I’m Alex!
I work with anxious overthinkers who are tired of feeling stuck in their heads.
Together, we will help you shift from mental overload and emotional disconnection… into calm, connected, and finally free.
My approach is grounded in lived experience, solid clinical training, and the deep privilege of supporting many clients who've spent years analysing themselves, but rarely feeling truly met. I get it - not just as a therapist, but as a person who’s been there.
Therapy with me is honest, warm, collaborative, and gently challenging. I bring presence, nuance, a little humour (when it helps), and a deep respect for the pace your system actually wants to move at. We don’t do rigid, clinical therapy here. We do real.
