Meet Alex

Hello! I’m Alex!

I’ve helped people make sense of their life difficulties and to live a more connected life for the last 7 years. I have supported people across a variety of settings including rehabilitation centres, community mental health organisations and in my private practice as a Psychotherapist. I work with people in the UK and internationally (online). I have undergone extensive training and hold a first-class honours degree in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I am dedicated to offering a deeply caring and compassionate therapeutic space, in which you can feel supported to work through the problems that are causing you distress, to gain insight, clarity, and relief. I care deeply about social issues and I am a Queer-, POC-, Trans- and Neuro-affirming Therapist. I am trained to work with all areas of emotional and psychological distress in a Person-Centred Experiential way.

Outside of work, I’m a keen traveller and love being outdoors, so I spend my free time in nature! I love playing team sports and play (and watch) football regularly. I’m inspired by music and theatre. So, a perfect day would be a mixture of all of the above, preferably with my nearest and dearest!
